As a R&D Staff (Pastry and Bakery Products), the suitable candidate will be responsible for:

• Involvement in research, development and execution of potential pastry & bakery products
• Optimize existing product formulations for taste, texture, and cost efficiency.
• Experiment with different ingredient and techniques to find alternative composition of existing products.
• Prepare and implementation panel test, and also make the panel test report.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree in Food
• Technology or Diploma in Pastry and Bakery
• Have minimum I year experience in pastry and bakery company is preferred
• Understanding about Halal assurance system, FSSC 22000 BPOM regulations, and pastry innovation process
• Well-skilled in Microsoft office such as Excel, PPT, and Word.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skill, high integrity, and excellent verbal also writing communication.
• Work location: Kudus
